July has been a quiet month. Extremely busy, of course, but quiet to the point where I almost can't remember what happened. The only thing I do recall, however, is that I read a lot of great books, and I guess that's what matters in the end... right?
July also marked the start of the Nevernight re-read in preparation for the release of Darkdawn this September! (!!!) I'll be picking up Godsgrave for a re-read in August and I can't wait. I don't re-read as much as I'd like to, so it's been a lot of fun to prioritize it. (I also re-read Kushiel's Chosen this month just because and it was like readng it again for the first time!) Is anyone else re-reading (or reading for the first time) in preparation for Darkdawn?

(Temporary) The Rage of Dragons by Evan Winter - I had to DNF this one temporarily because I just wasn't feeling it. I can tell I'm probably going to like it based on what I've heard and some other aspects, but it has a super fast-paced start with a ton of action and I could not for the life of me get into it. Definitely not a permanent DNF, so hopefully I'll get back to this one soon!
